By joining the Ben Bucks Affiliate Program you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You are at least 18 years old.
One account only per webmaster/company allowed.
Commissions
Pay per Signup: We will pay you $30 per signup. If you send more than 50 signups per period then we will pay you $35 per signup, and if you send more than 100 signups per period we will pay you $40 per signup for every sale in that period.
Revenue Share: We will pay you 50% from all initial and recurring sales. If you send more than 50 signups per period we will raise your share to 60%, and if you send more than 100 signups per period we will raise your share to 70% for every sale in that period.
Webmaster Referral Program: Get 10% from all sales that a referred webmasters makes. Relatives and employees are not eligible as referrals and any attempt to refer ineligible individuals to the program will result in immediate account termination.
Dialer Program: We will pay you 50% from all dialer revenue.
Payments
All payouts are made in USD or GBP by check or wire transfer. Payments below the minimum payout will be rolled over to the next period till you reach the minimum payout level. Pay Period one is from the 1st through the 15th of each month. Pay Period two is from the 16th to the end of the month. Pay Period one will be mailed on the 1st of next month, if the 1st day is not a business day, payments will be sent on the first business day following the 1st. Pay Period two will be mailed on the 16th of the following month, if the 16th day is not a business day, payments will be sent on the first business day following the 16th. There will often be up to two weeks delay on the first payout for each account. Payments made by check are free; wire transfers incur an additional fee of $10, $20 or $30 depending on your bank's location. Payments made in currencies other than USD will be converted using Yahoo Currency Conversion (http://finance.yahoo.com/currency-converter/) and will be accurate as of the payout date.
General
We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to server and equipment down time or incorrect use of the link codes.
We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid all funds due at that time.
Ben Bucks reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than 6 months. In such cases you will be notified in advance.
If you are caught violating the terms of this contract and/or cheating Ben Bucks you will FORFEIT all earnings.
Ben Bucks reserves the right to delete accounts due to high credit or charge back rates.
Ben Bucks reserves the right to alter or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You are responsible to refer to this document from time to time.
You can advertise our sites any positive way you like. You can use banners, full page adds, consoles, blind links, text links, exit traffic and blind thumbs. You should not misrepresent our site(s), including but not limited to, misrepresenting the cost of membership, terms of membership, or content contained within our site(s).
Spamming is not allowed.
All advertising items like banners and ads must be served from your bandwidth. No hotlinking allowed, except for the webmaster referral banners/buttons provided in the members area with purpose for use in the signature on webmasters boards.
The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account. This includes links, graphics, text, or any HTML including Meta Tags for the following content: child pornography, rape, murder, torture, incest or any form of violence, warez, password selling or trading, Newsgroup postings with links to us, Messages in chat rooms, spam e-mails or any other activity deemed illegal in the United States of America or United Kingdom.
Fraudulent Activity
You acknowledge and agree that Ben Bucks shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, at any time to expand or modify what it determines to constitute possible fraudulent activity. Without limiting the foregoing, possible fraudulent activity shall include without limitation, the following circumstances or activities: Where there has been an attempt to put through a credit card with a bin number that is listed in a negative bin number database; and where there have been sequential or multiple attempts to register or subscribe from a credit card using the same bin number and sequential or multiple number strings to complete the credit card number. Affiliates that offer rewards, additional services, additional memberships to other sites or money to surfers in exchange for a trial signup will get their account terminated. Webmasters, their relatives or employees signing up for a trial using their own link codes will get their account terminated and will not get paid. Affiliated that attempt to cheat, defraud or mislead us in any way will get their account terminated.
Foreign countries from which we will not accept accounts including, but not limited to: Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, Costa Rica, Cuba, Estonia, Georgia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Viet Nam and Yemen.
